Seafood

Larang is an old Philippine recipe, however not everyone knows of it. Parrot fish (molmol in some parts of the Philippines) is the perfect fish for the recipe because of its flaky texture. This recipe is cooked with coconut milk and tausi (salted black beans).

We were having Beer-Battered Snapper for dinner, and my husband said, “I quite enjoyed it yesterday, and it still tastes good today.”

A popular American food that originated from Scandinavia, Gravlax makes a lovely light snack, appetizer, or a special part of the main course.

Whenever there is something cheesy, my husband and daughter would love it easy.

If you love fish, this recipe is simply simple, and simply yummy!

Take my feet to another world without leaving home – with the exotic power of this curried baked salmon!
